Delivery Timeline

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on your delivery location.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.
  • Additional courier charges may apply.
  • Tizmo shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
